Deputy Secretary of State William J. Burns, Under Secretary for Political Affairs Wendy R. Sherman, and National Security Advisor to the Vice President Jacob J. Sullivan will meet on Thursday, August 7, with Iranian officials in Geneva. These bilateral consultations will take place in the context of the P5+1 nuclear negotiations led by EU High Representative Cathy Ashton.
